Visiting Cabo

Many people travel to Cabo to enjoy the sun, the beach and the food. When you come to Cabo with the intention of buying an investment it’s a little different. You need less sunscreen but a little more structure.

Where do we stay?

Los Cabos offers a number of housing situations for you to consider. If you are travelling to Cabo with the intention of buying property then we suggest you get out of the resorts and stay in areas you would like to live in. We can help you find the perfect spot.

Living in Las Cabos is different from visiting. You want to experience everything this incredible area has to offer.

What about transportation?

While you are looking for your dream investment we will provide for all of your transportation needs. We will pick you up at the airport, take you to your rental home, provide transportation while we are showing you potential properties and get you back to the airport.

If you choose to take a day to see the area – there are a number of options including taxis, uber, shuttles and inexpensive 1 day rentals that you can take advantage. We will gladly assist you in finding the best option.

What about during the down times?

There is no shortage of things to do in Cabo while you are recovering from a long day of house shopping. We will happily help you arrange a variety of activities that will introduce you to the wonderful lifestyle that Cabo has to offer.

Don’t forget to bring your swimsuit and sunscreen. You have to have a little fun while you are here!

Where do we eat?

Los Cabos is full of fantastic places to eat. From beach side restaurants to those little hole in wall secrets – we know them all.

We can suggest a variety of eating establishments that will fit any budget, dietary needs or ethnic requirements.

You could say we are the Yelp of Cabo.

Communication?

While you are Mexico your cellphone plan from Canada will work. Most canadian cellphone providers offer a daily charge to use your phone in Mexico (usually $12.00/24 hour period)

You can also buy a sim card down here and install it in your unlocked phone. Mexican cellphone plans are very inexpensive and the coverage is excellent.

Wifi is available at all the resorts and most Airbnb’s. You should have no problem communicating with home.

What if we have any problems?

While you are our guest we will be available 24/7 for any emergency issues.

Although Mexican health care is very reasonable we encourage all our guests to purchase travel medical insurance. Mexican hospitals and clinics are very well equipped and can take care of any issues you may have.
