Rick helped make this dream come to life.

Well! It's been a whirlwind, in all the best ways. In the last quarter of 2021 I sold my house, retired from my position of 33 years and decided I really was going to follow my dream of living in Mexico. As a single Mom coming to a foreign country with a teenager, neither of us speaking the language, we really needed an ace up our sleeves.  I was given Rick Park's name by a treasured, trusted friend and plucked up the courage to send an email. Rick spent a lot of time determining needs, likes, must have's and no fly zones were, patiently answering my questions (I asked a LOT of questions) all while keeping my not so big housing budget in mind. By the time I arrived in Cabo for the house hunt he had selected several suitable properties. We ended up viewing three, all of which were great, and I would have been happy in any of them. However, it was the last property of the day that turned into the place I now call home. I still can't quite believe I get to wake up here every morning. Every step of the way, Rick walked me through the process, explained everything clearly and made sure it was as stress free as possible.
