My wife and I engaged Rick to evaluate housing alternatives for our possible relocation to Los Cabos. We were totally unfamiliar with the two main areas there, but Rick cheerfully listened to our criteria and organized, often on very short notice to sellers, a diverse set of properties, at all price ranges, so that, over just a few days we got a great sense of different neighborhoods and housing alternatives. I've bought and sold about 6 or 7 homes over the years, and where Rick really stood out was his very complete gathering of ANY information I requested about the properties, the neighborhoods, the "comp" sales, and even answers to questions about our moving to Los Cabos as expats --- well beyond "real estate" information. When we lost a bid on a property that we really wanted (and that we low-balled), Rick stayed in touch with the Seller and heard that the other buyer had run into financing issues. We quickly made another bid ... slightly higher than before, but still lower than the sellers were demanding ... and we got the property! That is service well "above and beyond" for an agent. We are very happy to have been able to buy our dream property for a reasonable price. Rick is a great communicator. He keeps his word. He follows through. He's not at all lazy (like some agents). He's knowledgeable and honest. You can't ask for more than that!
